Petite Pants on a Tall Model? Ummm…BAD IDEA!

Last week, Prospere Magazine asked whether you thought the use of a 5’10” model for a pair of pants designed for someone much shorter was considered false advertising.  Out of all of those who participated, 20% thought it was false advertising, 60% didn’t know why the company would even consider using a tall model, 10% said that the pants COULD be capris and another 10% chose other.  We are glad to hear that no one did not know that petite pants actually exist.  What do you think of this?  If you were the company, what would YOU have done?  Would you have stuck with the tall model, or, would you have found alternatives, even if hiring a petite model  was not feesible?
