Repeating April 2009’s community service theme, FastLane once again held the event to a great success. Held once again at Kultura, this year, community service groups from all over the GTA, including the Junior League of Toronto, Toronto Twilight Rotary Club and the United Way’s GenNext, which targets young professionals in their 20s and 30s. Each group had its own booth, providing information about their organizations to mingling attendees.
In addition to information about community-based/community service groups, guests had the opportunity to participate in speed networking. A regular feature of FastLane events, speed networking is similar to speed dating – people are able to meet others who can be potential business partners, clients or even to build up a potential contact list.
FastLane hosts networking events several times a year. The next party will be on May 18. Title? Wine and chocolate.
